You don’t need a label. You just need clues. In our intake + vision call, I’ll pull patterns from what you already know… what colors you’re drawn to, spaces you love, what you don’t want, and the kind of energy you want guests to feel.

If you have Pinterest screenshots, a few saved reels, or even “I like this hotel lobby but hate this farmhouse vibe,” that’s enough. I translate the signal into a cohesive direction.

What if I already booked my venue?

Perfect. A booked venue actually makes this easier. Your venue gives us structure: lighting, architecture, layout, rules, and built-in style cues.

I’ll build your design to work with the space you already chose, not fight it. That means your palette, florals, rentals, and overall look will feel intentional in that room, and your vendor quotes get clearer, faster.

Can you work with my budget?

Yes, with your real numbers. Wedding Design is built to help you prioritize, not overspend. If you share your target budget range and what matters most (photos, food, florals, guest experience, etc.), I’ll guide the design choices toward high-impact areas and offer grounded alternatives where needed.

You’ll walk away knowing where to invest and where to simplify so your design stays cohesive without blowing the budget.

Is this the same as full planning or partial planning services?

No. This is design clarity, not full coordination or planning. I’m not booking vendors, building your full timeline, reviewing contracts, or running your wedding day.

Think of this as your visual blueprint + decision system. This is something you can execute with your planner/coordinator, your venue team, or your vendor crew.

If you do have a planner or coordinator, this makes their job easier because you’re handing them clear direction instead of scattered inspiration.

What happens after I book?

You move forward with a plan you can actually use. You’ll receive your Design Direction deliverables and any included notes/checklists, and you can:

  • share it with vendors to get accurate quotes,
  • use it to make confident design decisions without second-guessing,
  • and start booking vendors with a clear priority order.
